    How fractional CMO is different

    An agency executes tactics — ads, content, email — and reports on activity. A Fractional CMO owns the strategy behind all of it. I define what gets executed, by whom, and why. I also work inside your business alongside your team, not as an external vendor reporting in once a month. The accountability for revenue outcomes rests with me, not a project manager at an agency.

    How quicly will I see results

    Most clients see meaningful clarity and directional change within the first 30 days — typically in the form of a clear strategy, cut priorities, and a focused Sprint 1. Revenue movement typically begins in months 2–3, depending on your starting point and what initiatives we launch first. I don't promise overnight transformation — I promise a repeatable system that builds momentum over 90 days and compounds from there.

    Do I need an existing marketing team?

    No. I work with businesses at every stage — some have a full internal marketing team, some have one part-time person, and some have no one. Part of my role is helping you identify what execution capacity you need and how to get it, whether that's internal hires, freelancers, or agencies I can manage on your behalf.

    I work exclusively with businesses doing $1M+ in annual revenue. This is the stage where the founder is typically the bottleneck, marketing is reactive rather than strategic, and there's real leverage available — but no budget for a full-time CMO.
